They can have heat stroke, heat-induced stress, or even death can occur when they become overheated Now, their normal body temperature is usually104°F to 107°F, is their normal chicken body temperature. The chickens they do NOT sweat, they pant, just like a dog does. And they lose their heat through their comb, waddle; like a radiator and is released through there, usually. Hello friends in this blog we are talking about raising of three different type of eggs for protein and what are basic difference between them! I think eggs are a great source of protein. The yolk and white each about 11 amino acids and when combined together, (as it’s found in nature) is a complete protein with an extremely high “Biological Value”. This also means all of you silly people who are eating only the egg whites, are missing out on half the amino acids and most of the nutrients. The yolk, even though it has all the fat and cholesterol, does NOT increase your “bad” LDL lipoprotein cholesterol. It actually increases your, “good”, HDL lipoprotein cholesterol. the best way to eat eggs are raw, but since most won’t do this - you should have the yolk runny and soft - you don’t want to “over heat” it and change the fat structure. Thus, soft-boiled or “sunny side up” would be ideal. Eggs are great for building muscle AND losing fat. Great for your brain....
